Hello,

When I go to open a file it comes up with this error message.
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. For mor info on this error, click here give me.
Error Signature
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.5512 ModName: mshtml.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2900.5848 Offser: 000d4822
Please help me.

Try this 1

Try to reset "Internet Explorer". Click on the below hyperlink "Reset" and

follow the instructions.

Reset
