I have received notice that my HOTMAIL account has been blocked because 'it appears that someone else might be using my account".

I have followed all of the steps to claim and reset by completing the online form, but now get the message that not enough info has been provided to determine ownership. I am at a loss as to any next steps...

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am stumped.
