Hi sct,
I will help you here. You have posted, "Because i am change the select all command in ctrl+A option." I would like to know how you disabled this option. If you used any software application to disable keyboard shortcuts, you must remove the software and the keys will be functional again. If you didn't use any software, please check the keys in "Safe Mode". To know the steps on how to boot the computer to "Safe Mode" click here.
