Hello,
Try this 1
1) First make sure that your handset supports 3G. If your handset doesn't
support 3G then you won't be able to access the 3G service.
If you look at your mobile specifications as given in the below hyperlink "LG GX500"

your mobile doesn't seems to support the 3G.
2) If you want to use the 3G internet then make sure that 3G is activated
in your SIM. Even if you don't have a 3G compatible mobile you can activate
the service.
3) You can get the internet settings by contacting your Tata Docomo Customer
Care.
I would suggest you to contact your Tata Docomo Customer Care for the 3G
activation and the GPRS settings.
