Laptop speakers just stopped producing enough sound

Please, how do i repair my laptop speakers they have just stopped producing enough sound that i can hardly listen to music. secondly the turn off / on light is not turning off unless i remove the battery that is when the light goes off.

Try these steps and check if this restores the sound quality on your computer.

For the power button issue I would like to know what method you are using to power off the computer. Are you powering off the computer by directly pressing the power button or by clicking on "Start" and then selecting "Shut Down"?

In your reply please include the exact System Model Number of your laptop and also the Operating System installed.
