Hello,
Try this 1
1) When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get
"Windows Advanced Options Menu" options ( if boot menu appears, press "Esc"
key and keep tapping the F8 key)
2) Select the option "Last Known Good Configuration".
If the problem still exists then follow the step 1 and this time select the option
"Safe Mode". Let me know if you are able to boot into "Safe Mode" or "Safe Mode
with Command Prompt".

Hello,
Try this 1
First make a make a USB bootable to edit the registry values.
1) Click on the below hyperlink "Lazesoft Recovery Suite" and follow the
instructions.
Lazesoft Recovery Suite
Download the "Lazesoft Recovery Suite Home Edition" and install it.
2) Connect your pen drive --> Open the "Lazesoft Recovery Suite" --> Click on
"Burn CD/USB Disk" --> Click on "Next" --> Select the option "USB Flash" and
click on "Commit" and then follow the onscreen instructions.
3) After creation of bootable USB, reboot your PC and boot from it.
[Note : Make sure that you have selected the first boot device as USB in BIOS or
select the USB device from the boot menu after pressing its corresponding key]
4) After booting from the USB, select the option "Lazesoft Live CD [EMS Enabled]"
--> Then select the option "Windows Recovery" --> Select your OS from the
given menu and click on OK --> Click on "Repair Tools" tab --> Now at the left
side, click on "Registry Editor" from the list --> Now at the right side, click on the
"Registry Editor" button --> "Registry Editor" will be opened -->
At the left side, navigate to the below location.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SOFTWARE --> Microsoft --> Windows NT --> CurrentVersion --> Winlogon
At the right side, find the strings shell & userinit and check the following
shell value data should be
Explorer.exe
userinit value data should be
C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,
If shell and userinit are having different data values then edit it.
Just double click on the values of shell and userinit and enter its "Values Data"
as given below
shell value data should be Explorer.exe
userinit value data should be C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,
Note: there is "," at the end of userinit.exe
5) After editing it, click on the "Write Changes to Disk" button (It can be found
at the bottom left side) --> Click on OK.
Close the "Registry Editor" and "Windows Recovery" window and click on
"Reboot" button.
