Hello,
Try this 1
This may be due to applications\services usage or due to overheating.
Hold the "Ctrl and Shift" keys and press the "Esc" key. "Task Manager" will be
opened. Now click on the "Processes" tab --> There you can find the tab "CPU".
If you click on CPU tab twice, the first process should appear as "System
Idle Process". Now you can see the process which is taking the high CPU usuage
after "System Idle Process".
Try disabling all the applications startups and services.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type msconfig --> Press Enter.
System Configuration Utility will be opened.
Click on "Services" tab, select the option "Hide all Microsoft services" (You can find
this option at bottom) --> Then click on "Disable All" button.
Click on "Startup" tab and click on "Disable All" button -->Click on OK.
Now restart your Laptop.
After restarting, a dialog window will appear regarding the changes
that you have made, check the checkbox "Don't show this message or launch the
System Configuration Utility when Windows start" and click on OK.
Now check if the OS is working without any issue.
Later enable the serivces and startup items one by one and then restarting
the laptop.
Good Luck
