so 24.4.2013 i installed folder lock 7 , so i wasnt know what i was doing and i have locked whole partiton d and on c partition program files so my program Folder lock have been locked and i cant enter in it , i know password and all , i tried to go in safe mode but nothing happends , still locked . i cant get into the program , do you have any advise what i should do ? , i dont want to format windows becuz i have alot of personal stuff's in memorie . Thank you :)

i cant download anyfile , it says that my antivirus software didnt scan it ://, https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2898334?hl=hr&p=ui_download_errors

From your most recent message it is not clear as to what is the problem you are facing. You have provided the link which connects to a page which is in Croatian language. After using Google-translate I find several error messages related to download-failure. I would request you to reply with the exact text of the error message that you receive and also the exact description of the problem.

i cant download anything from web browser , but i can take down pictures , update games ... but i cannot download , acces denied i think.. so what should i do ?
