Floppy diskette failure

Hello,
got a problem with my computer, it was working fine and the next it wasn't every time i switch it on it shows a message saying floppy diskette failure f1 set up and f2 continue. If i continue it comes up with a blank screen. I have tried set up options and as i do not have a floppy disk drive i pressed disable floppy diskette A, When i restart i doesn't come up with an error message, after a few seconds it comes up with a blank screen.

Not sure what the error message means as i don't have a floppy disk drive .

Please any ideas computer only about 2yrs and cant access nothing on it now.

thanks for the reply have tried load default and its says ok and cancel i press okay and have saved changes and restarted computer still same problem.
Do you have any others ideas
