Laptop fall

Hello,

on my laptop it fell off the couch and now it tell me to insert reboot disk then press any key then i hit ctrl and alt and delete then hit system recovery the it says loading files and the starting windows but then after that it has a black screen with a mouse please what do i do

Most likely you have broken the hard disk. You probably didn't make backup DVD's when the laptop was new. So you might need to buy recovery disks from the manufacturer as well as a new hard disk.

which brand of laptop is yours

Press below keys according to your company of laptop when your computer is starting
you need to press continiously again and again until a window pop ups
then choose the optio to recover your system and follow the other instructions that is provided there

ASUS F9
Dell Ctrl + F11
ACER Alt+ F10
HP F11
Sony Alt+F10
Lenevo F11


2nd way
Press the F8 key while starting laptop
Press F8 continiously until a window pop up
then select open window in last known configuration.
It will to recover your system
