Hello,
None of my pen drives will work at all on any of my usb ports. I know the pen drives themselves work because I've backed them up onto my sister's computer. The ports themselves work (I think) since I'm able to connect printers and my external mouse/keyboard to it. I tried formatting the usb, but it always says: "Windows is unable to complete format." Please help and thank you!

Hello,
Try this 1
Connect your pen drive --> Click on Start --> In search bar, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
[If you are using "Windows XP then click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.]
"Device Manager" will be opened. Is there any yellow mark ? Also let me know your operating system.
Good Luck
