may it will corrupted you can try to format it using Windows command open one command prompt
type the following commands
1.Diskpart
2.list disk
it will show the available disk ,assume disk 1 is your pen drive
3.Select disk 1
4.format
type the following commands
1.Diskpart
2.list disk
it will show the available disk ,assume disk 1 is your pen drive
3.Select disk 1
4.format
