Hi ASTAF,
From your post I understand that your Dell Inspiron computer shows the Dell Logo, then Windows Splash Screen appears, after that you hear the sound and the display becomes gray. As you mentioned the problem started after you updated Adobe, you can try to "Restore" the computer to an earlier date when Adobe was not installed.
