Copy data to another workbook and auto fill

Hello,
First,
I Have excel data base that he have information in 3 Column A(id numbers),B(First Name),C(last Name).
I have another Excel workbook that in B Column I Fill the Id numbers,
and i want that when i put the id Numbers in Column B, in the same line
Automatically filled in C(First Name), and in D(last Name).

who can i do that?
