I lost data

Hello,

i had a file with some data and one of my kids entered this file and changed evrthing and saved the data. and i need the old data.
how can i find these files? plese help

If you mailed the sheet out to someone, that could help. Otherwise it is the tedious task of recreating your sheet. :(
