Folder lock 4.273 in external HDD shows an empty folder

i installed folderlock 4.273 in my external HDD. but while i am trying to opened the locked folder from another laptop i can access the locker folder but it is empty. I checked the size of the disk with and without including this locker folder and i found that my information is there in the locker..i tried a lot of ways but every time the locker folder is empty..please help..the locker contains so many important information about my works and all...please help...
