                    Hello,
Try this 1
If its a IDE hard drive then set the hard drive as Slave using the jumper. You can
find the instructions on the hard drive.
Go to CMOS settings --> Make sure that both the hard drives are detected -->
Set the first boot device as "Your New Hard drive in which Windows 7" is installed
--> Save the settings and exit from it.
Now you should be able to boot into Windows 7 and you can find your old hard
drive partitions in "My Computer".
Good Luck

    Hello,
Try this 1
Go to CMOS settings and make sure that both the SATA hard drive got detected.
If there is a hard drive priority then give your new hard drive first priority --> Then under boot selection, set your new hard drive as first boot device --> Save the settings and exit from it.
This should let you boot into Windows 7 ( Which is installed in your new hard drive)
OR
Let me know your motherboard brand name and the complete model number.
Good Luck
