Hello,
Try this 1
According to your Scanner manufacturer, it doesn't need drivers when you
are using Windows 8 as it may be included in your OS.
For more information, click on the below hyperlink "Scanner".
Scanner
Just plug your scanner and check if its able to get detected in the device
manager.
OR
Download the drivers for Windows XP or Windows 7 from the manufacture's
website and install the drivers in compatibility mode.
Click on the above given hyperlink.
Make sure that "Drivers & Software" is selected --> Select
Operating System as "Window" from the
drop-down menu. Select OS Version as "Windows
7" from the drop-down menu. Now download the drivers.
Now install it in "Compatibility Mode".
Right-click on the setup file --> Properties --> Click on "Compatibility" tab -->
Check the check box "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" --> Select the
option "Windows 7" from the drop-down menu --> Click on OK.

I got to the link you had provided. you know what the window 8, version drivers are not included.!
May I should try later.
But will it be safe to download window 7, I am not sure.
if you are sure then I can make an attempt.
