Either you don't have Windows installed or you need to go into the BIOS and change your Boot sequence.
You could have your sequence wrong so it's not picking up the installation

1st boot sequence CDROM
2nd boot sequence HARDDISK
3rd boot sequence Floppy
4th boot sequence Yes
i still have the same problem is there any option...
