That might be a case of your drive being corrupted. Do you have a back up by any chance? If you have back up, try doing the process all over again. This time use <REMOVED BY MODERATOR> as your file transferring software. Trust me on this, I have used it many times on several formats and it absolutely works. Hope this helps.
