Dell laptop studio 15 laptop crashed

hello,
i have a dell laptop studio 15 , during traveling, it fell down and since then it is not starting and neither it is displaying, then i took it to the local store for repair(as out of warranty in dell) they said some green chip in it has been affected and they have to change the motherboard for that and asking for 200$, is this price correct to change its motherboard..

That is a VERY GOOD price for changing the motherboard. I assume that it does not include the price of the replacement motherboard itself.
