No sound after formattting windows

Hello,I am Akhilesh wanted to knew about my Windows Xp.My windows is corrupt So I decided to format the windows And to reinstall windows Xp Sp3.And then I also installed driver like Audio(realtek) VGA, LAN from my motherboard.But also after that My computer has no sound.In control Panel in sound and device properties it shows that "No audio Device".In audio It shows"No playback Devices"Please help Me to resolve this problem.

Hello

I suggest that you go to your device manager and write down your audio card specification so that you get the correct driver from Realtek and then install it. Should it fail, delete the sound car from the device manager, restart you computer, windows should detect it and install the driver.
