Laptop Pink Screen

I just got my laptop out today, and I was on one of my websites I go on alot. I went away for a minute and came back to Pink and green statics all over. I have been trying to fix this all day. I tried to tilt my screen and they went away, BUT they are all over in advertisments and pictures and the new tab bars. This is really annoying. I even tried restarting my computer, and restoring my computer. PLEASE if this happened to you and you fixed it Please comment!!!
