Try this...create a network drive called I: (for install), now build your installation disks from that network resource, no more disks!
Also, you may want to look into building ghosts, and not installations. Build ONE GOOD MACHINE WITH ALL OF THE RIGHTS and SOFTWARE, GHOST it, and put it on the network. Then when a machine breaks, you thow in a new whatever and reghost it.
You need to think of scale when you are thinking of deployment.
