Hi,

my toshiba satellite c855d-s5320 with windows 8 at first would only display NO BOOTABLE DEVICE PLEASE RESTART STSTEM . now after messing with it all i get is a black . all lights and fan r working .
what to do?

At this point you need professional "hands on" assistance. I suggest a good local repair shop.
