Can't access my C drive

Hi friends, I was trying to modify the file in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts severally it refused. And now I can't access my C drive, it say access denied. The space of my disk is used up completely. Task Manager is not coming up. Regedit is not working.

please how do i resolve this problem.

Good Morning...

Have you tried to insert your windows disk and select Repair? Try that.
