sometime if you download a file on the internet, a pop up screen appears(survey)
to complete the form before you able to download which bore's and waste time.
Sometimes too you don't suceed with the download.
So i just need some way to avoid the this survey thing and just download the file.
I know everything is possible on the internet and i believe this survey can be avoided.

I see what you mean, very annoying indeed.
You might try to copy the survey's url. Go to internet options and copy the url to the restricted sites.
Beware of those downloads as those downloads are loaded with adware and other viruses.
