Can't acces Sony PRS T-2 on computer

I can't acces my ereader on my computer. It shows two removable disks, but when I click the disks to open it gives me an error. However, when I format the disks they can be viewed, but when I reinsert the usb cable I suddenly can't acces the ereader anymore.

The ereader can be accessed on a laptop, so I don't think it is the readers fault. It must have to do something with my computer.

Anyone who can help me?

What functions are you attempting to perform by "accessing" the ereader?


Do you have the reader library software loaded?

Sorry this time right:

I tried to access the internal storage of the reader so I could drop some epubs into the reader. I do not use any kind of reader library software, it is supposed to work (and it did on a laptop) without the use of for example calibre.

So what is the difference between the two (laptop and PC)? Do you have admin rights on the PC? Check that variance.

Yes, I do have admin rights on the pc. I do not know any differences between the laptop and pc
