How to activate the graphic card in my laptop

I have a HP Probook 4441s and so far I haven't been able to figure out how to activate the graphic card in it. I tried installing the driver, updating the driver, reinstalling windows and nothing worked. Can someone help me by telling me how to get my graphic card to work ?

There is no "graphics card" it has an AMD/ATI graphics chip on the motherboard:

HP ProBook 4441s Notebook PC is optimized for Genuine Windows 7, these notebooks are ideal for SMBs with AMD Discrete Graphics ATI Thames PRO M2.

I assume you have downloaded and installed the ATI drivers.

I did, and the computer still can't recognize the it

What do you mean by "can't recognize the it"?
