hello,
I have a wireless router and on the same circuit I have 2 powerline access points. One is connect with the router with ethernet wire, the other is plugged in an other room (same circuit). The problem is that first of all it is not secured as anyone can connect to the powerline. I would like to know how to configure it on my pc so that I will create a password. Secondly the connection drops every now and then, it connects only for 10 minutes. My wireless router is Thompson and I managed to configure that by giving it a name and password. But I don't know where to log so that I configure the powerline adapter. Any help please?
Thanks.

There is no standard "power line adapter". I suggest you consult the adapter maker's web site for the information you seek.
