Good Morning,

So you can gain access to the network (to the VPN server), but you cannot gain access to a file server, right? What account are you wrapping up with the VPN? Does that account have access to the servers? Just because the VPN is allowing access, you still have to be a trusted resource or user on the Domain.

Please post back.

Look, the encryption involved with VPN is so fat, that negotiating over Satelite, or cell networks just simply will not work, as the keep alive will not maintain state.

Are you using airtels vpn, or some other vendor? Hopefully you get my point by asking if you are using THEIR product. If so, then contact them. If not, that may also be another reason why it doesn't work, as they wish to sell you their services.

Let us know!
