Hi
I suggest that you click on :
1. Start
2. All programs
3. Tools
4. System restore
5. On restore system to an earlier time and then on Okay
See if you spot a highligted date on the calendar which is prior to when the problem occured.
Click on that date and restore the system.
NO! You will not lose any data from the above method.
Good luck

Hi, try this:
1. Open "My Computer"
2. Press "Alt" to give the options at the top of the window.
3. Under "Tools" go to "Folder Options"
4. Make sure the option under "Click items as follows" is selected as "Double-click..."
Hope it helps
