We are sorry but Kioskea cannot help you with a brand of laptop.
However, judging from the number of problems reported on the forum, I would personaly suggest to avoid Toshiba and Samsung.
If you live in Europe, I suggest you purchase a european or american assembled laptop where you can get quick access to service.
Looking at your requirements, you need not to spend a fortune.
Many web sites will give comparaisons for processors and memory. Obviously the machine should have a manufacturer installed operating system.
