Black screen on my laptop

I have a toshibe satellite L775-S7102 laptop its a year old.i was on my laptop in then i got off for like 3 hours put never loged off. came back to get on screen was black i was thinking it went into stand by so i tried to power on but the lights come on but gos right back out in CD drive make's clicking sound but laptop still will not power on at all please can someone help me??

Hello Yavonne,

Maybe this tip can help you :

- Unplug the power cord
- Remove the battery
- Hold the power button for 60 seconds
- Put the battery back.
- Connect the power supply.
- Try to switch on the laptop.

If it does not work, maybe one of RAM modules is defective.

I tried Unplug the power cord Remove the battery Hold the power button for 60 seconds Put the battery back Connect the power supply Try to switch on the laptop..it came on for like 3 hours in shut back down.. now the CD drive is making clicking sound in its not powering on just clicking in light flash on in off. got any thing else for me to try?
