i was all over the web to get a solution, Microsoft support, this site and even these free 'premium ' error fixing programs for 2 hours, entering registries, command prompting, typers cramp and more all ,to no avail

I am a 61 year old scot and my knowledge as regards the pc is limited, theirs is not, and I am no sycophant. .you should try this totally free programme folks ,be safe folks ...magraw
