I would like to help you. Please let me know your computer is stuck at what point? Is it stuck at the Dell Logo? If so, please watch the below mentioned video and try the steps to see if the steps fix the issue:

Thank u very much, the charge of the laptop battery finished so that d laptop shut down itself and then again when I turned it on, it was OK, thank GOD
