My audio used to work right. If I didn't have headphones the audio would come out the speakers and vice versa. Last night I plug in headphones and I had to wiggle them around to get audio out of it. And now I have to have headphones in, wiggle them around, to get audio out of my speakers.

Am I doomed to this annoyance or is there a cure?

I have a PC Windows 7 if that helps.

Sounds like a broken set of earphones or a broken plug. Have you tried a different set of earphones?

I've tried different earphones with the same results. I think it's the audio port. Any chance I can get this fixed?

Yes the plug can be replaced by a competent PC tech.

Good Luck
