Laptop Screen goes blank after a while

Dear All,
Hope you can help on this topic.
I have a HP Laptop.
If I don't use it for some time, there seems to be no issues or that I don't use it long enough for the symptoms to show up.
If I use it often, the laptop boots up fine and then after some time (ranges from minutes to hours with power plugged in), the screen goes blank.
I can connect the display to a TV via the VGA cable and continue my work.
Can anyone help me understand what could be the issue and if there is a quick fix?
Anyone encounter this before?

Hi,

Try to clean or Check your GPU,PSU and Graphic cards.
