Lapton No Screen Inspiration1100

Hello,

I have an Inspiration100 and yesterday while using it, the screen when blank. I can get power to it and the fan is running. It also makes a wisper sound but no screen. I have tried to take the battery out and but it back in but nothing. The battery did say low before, do you think the battery is no longer holding a charge? Please help!

The laptop should run when using the power cable - with or without the battery. You could have a problem with the power supply, or the power socket inside the laptop, or the laptop screen/backlight/inverter may have failed. Take it to a repair shop and get an estimate for repair. Good Luck
