Cant browse the internet even tho am haveing internet access

my desktop is connected and am having internet access i have tryd all i could and even format the whole system but still cant browse even tho am having internet access

Hang in there.

Please do not format your system because you cannot use a network resource....

Most common cause of internet connectivity, but no browsing, is a virus. So have you scnned for a virus?

How do you know you have internet access?

Can you ping the gateway?
