my Vaio (VPCEH25EN) is not starting up without charger connected. This happens only when the laptop is in hibernate or when it is shut down. please help me to restore this problem

I think it isnot software problem . go on power option of your computer setting ,there may be any setting changesa? nor ur battery life is not gon/? thanks
