NO SIGNAL on Monitor

Hello,
My Monitor keeps on saying No signal on screen, I tried reseating/cleaning the ram and still i cant boot up.not even a single beep for error .I tried removing the ram and a short beep should have been heard and still i dont hear any. all fans are moving and led lights are ON except for my HDD led light, but i know that it isn't my HDD is dead cause i can hear it spinning..please help !! I have an ASUS am-epu motherboard

if your problem arise during start up, and if you are getting no live screen but your system is on then it might be the problem of your video card, the solution to this problem is REPLACE YOUR VIDEO CARD...

thanks for the reply ashraf_pb,

the problem sir is,no videocard is seated into my board sir.
i went to a computer shop,asked them to fixed it,unluckily the laborer says my board is dead..
but how could it be?its never been used too long.
