I am having software problem with my Acer Aspire 4720z laptop

Please some one help me, i am using acer aspire 4720z when go to control panel -hardware and sound- devices and printers it was showing 2 devices
1. The name of the device is the name of computer which i put
2. web camera

for the first device it was showing trouble shoot symbol. When i try to trouble shoot it was saying it can not complete the software installation. I went to device manager and checked the device (to now exactly what software is missing for which device) it is not showing any details of it when i look into the details of that device,

And even when I am trying to connect my iphone to this laptop it was showing no device connected.

Please kindly some one help me to fix it back.
