Disable your autorun. Start>run>gpedit.msc--> Administrative template>system> turn off autoplay---- [select option enable for all drive]
Thn just go to Tools>Folder option--> View
find out Show Hidden Folder and Hide Protected Operating system files. Check the first one and Uncheck the second! In this process you can view your main hidden files!! :)
To unhide these files you can use any attribute changer; just google for the software, it approx. 3MB only!
Moreover always use an antivirus software...
