Unable to install windows 7

i am trying to install windows 7 in my dell inspiron n 5010 and every time i try to do so it just takes indefinte time and never installs it ...plus when i connect my charger charging light starts blinking and battery is not charging

can someone please help me out that how to solve this problem and where the main error is ????

Does your hardware meet the minimum requirements?
If it does, then please post to let us know at what part it is failing.
