White background problem on web page

Aloha,

I do have this issure on my laptop and try to follow your direction below:

To resolve this problem follow these steps : *1. Go to the "Control Panel" : *Click on "Option accessibility"

*2. In the dialog box "Option accessibility" : *Click on the tab "View"

*3. In the "View" tab : *Uncheck the "Use high contrast"

But when I went to Control Panel, I couldn't find Option accessibility....can you help me out please.........
