My laptop a Toshiba Satellite L455 has a bad charge port . The charge port has become disconnected from the mother board & someone told me that it needs to be cold saudered to reconnect it ? I paid for insurance from Best Buy Geek Squad when I bought it about 31/2 years ago they were no help don't know why I even bothered spending $200.00 on insurance !! BUT ... I was wondering and this is probably a stupid question !! Would my desktop be able to hook up to my laptop via another port and power up my laptop
Help me please. Any ideas
Thanks tweeswee5

No, there is no way to power a laptop from a desktop.
Sorry for the bad news.
