Gtalk is replaced by Google Hangouts.
You can go to play store and download Hangouts.
If you are in PC:
Open Gmail.
See bottom left. The small quotation icon is where you activate Hangout.

yes i can see that but its taking for ever to load
it says "Somethings not right, we'll keep trying"
