Corrupted disk

Hello,

So I purchased an HP WINDOWS 8 LAPTOP last year and it's currently not working. When I start it up it says it's repairing and it will start up in few hours, that goes on loading for the whole day and it still doesn't start up. I think my disk is corrupted and that it needs formatting, but the thing is I don't have a restore CD, Am I supposed to purchase it online? and what kind should it be? can you pleaseeee help me, it would mean a lot !

Yes, you must contact HP and I'm afraid there is not other solution.
