Can't log into iTunes

Hi was wondering if anyone can help I can't seem to log into my iTunes account on my laptop keep getting the following error message 0x80090318 does anyone know what that means thanks

If that does not help try this

If that fails try the following
Start--Accessories--Comand Prompt and make right click and choose to run as administrator
type this command : netsh winsock reset
and then restart your computer and then every thing should work fine
